Another app that permits you to track the prices of the app is BargainBin. BargainBin enables you to set the purchase price you'd like to spend on an app you're considering. If the app drops to that particular price or below BargainBin will give you a push notification on the iPad. You can then choose to buy you aren't. I have used this app for some time and found it to be very useful if this worked. However, it absolutely was very slow sometimes and even crashed often. You might have better luck than me.
